If you come to St Monica's with a lot of people from your primary school, you will probably find that some of those people are in your form. But if you don't know anyone, don't worry!! Your Form Teacher will help you all learn each other's names, and you will make friends very quickly.
The Head Boy and Head Girl together with the prefects will direct you to the hall where you will register then your Form Teacher will take you to your Form room.
During your first day you will be given a timetable and then your Form Teacher will lead you through a number of activities that will help you to 'settle in' and also get to know your new classmates.
After the first day your Form Teacher will see you twice a day at registration and may also get to teach you some lessons. If you have any worries or problems in school your Form Teacher will help. In some ways your Form Teacher will be like your class teacher that you have in primary school.
